Case Manager
Promotes individuals’ health and wellbeing by completing
“a collaborative process of assessment, care coordination,

an individual’s and family’s comprehensive health needs
through communication and available resources to promote
quality cost-effective outcomes.”
Skills and Qualifications
- Licensure in a health or human services discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Two years of experience providing direct clinical care
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone courtesy
- Certification in the case management
Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include logging into the telephone queue
for incoming calls related to case management; accurately
inputting demographic information for new files received;
downloading new files from the FROI tool in Ahshay; and
assisting with administrative functions throughout the life
of a claim, as assigned by the Telephonic Case Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Proficiency with word processing/computer software
- Typing proficiency at a minimum of 30 WPM
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Utilization Review Nurse: LPN, RN
The UR nurse will review treatment requests from medical
professionals for adherence to state mandated guidelines,
make determinations on which can be authorized at the
nurse level and which will be sent for physician review,
perform all necessary paperwork and billing from open to close of the UR review, and complete 12-15 reviews daily.
Skills and Qualifications
- Clear, active LPN or RN license
- Strong organizational, task, and delegation skills
- Computer literacy on Microsoft Office products
- Ability to construct grammatically correct reports
- Use a computer keyboard and mouse 6-8 hours per day
